Projects are quoted individually. Review the written quotation and approved specification before confirming an order.
Payment & production
Payment method, amount, currency and any payment stages are set out in your quotation. Sending an enquiry or opening a conversation does not charge you or automatically start production.
Artwork approval
Review spelling, names, contact details, layout, cutting paths and finish layers carefully. Supply files you are authorised to use and confirm the approved artwork with the studio.
Material & colour
Screen previews and photographs guide the selection. Physical colour, texture, impression and appearance can vary with stock, lighting and process. Discuss critical matching requirements before approval.
Changes & concerns
Ask about changes, cancellation and any issue with delivered work directly with the studio. The applicable arrangements should be confirmed in your written project agreement.
