Here is how this website handles the information you choose to share with Lacquera.
Material choices and saved sample references are stored in your browser so you can return to them. Use Reset selections or remove items from your sample selection to clear those preferences. The configurator does not store your contact fields or notes in browser preferences.
When you send a message or submit a brief to the studio, the name, email if supplied, message, project details and selected sample references are saved in the studio inbox. Authorised administrators can read and reply to these conversations.
A secure browser cookie identifies your visitor session so your conversations can be reopened on the same browser. Clearing the cookie removes that browser’s access; it does not delete the messages already sent to the studio. Do not use a shared device for a private conversation.
Email and WhatsApp buttons open the selected service with a prepared message. You review and send it there. Those services and our social channels operate under their own privacy terms.
You can share artwork links in your brief or attach files in your email or WhatsApp conversation. This site uses hosted fonts from Google Fonts and website hosting infrastructure. Basic request information may be processed to serve the site and limit abuse of the messaging tool.
